Place your middle finger above your inner eyebrows. Making use of the pads on your fingers, gently massage in circular motions. Go from the inside of your eyebrows to the outside. When you reach the tip of your eyebrows, stop massaging and gently slide your fingers around your eyes bringing your hands back to the original position. Repeat this about five times.
