The fact is that milk collected hygienically from a healthy grass-fed cow on a small family-owned farm is very safe, and the benefits far outweigh the risks. You'd be statistically much more likely to contract E coli from your local produce department than from that farmer's cow.

Foods with sugar and fat as its main components should be consumed at very minimal levels, you should go for whole grains instead of refined flour products when possible, lots of veggies, fruits, make wise choices for well balanced meals, meat, fish, eggs as a source of protein, also vegetable protein and nuts, milk and dairy products are a good option for calcium and protein but always make sure to look for the low fat variety.
